If you would like to exchange for a different size, color or style, please complete a free return request by following the returns process below, and place a new order for the item that you would like to try next. This will ensure that your item is in stock and will ship as quickly as possible without waiting for a return/exchange to be processed. We will process a refund for your original purchase within 10 business days of your return being received.
Returns are free*. We'll gladly accept returns on merchandise in its original new/unworn condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Just submit a return request and we'll send you an email with the return shipping label. (*All sales are final for event/promo purchases.)
We suggest shoes be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. As long as shoes and tabs are sent back in their original condition and packaging, you will be refunded the purchase price of the unworn item(s) on your original payment method used. Upgraded shipping charges cannot be refunded. Clearance/final-sale items cannot be returned. For returns that don’t qualify as outlined above, a $10 return processing fee will be charged to each returned order if an exception is made and your return request is accepted.
For shoes that have been worn but may not fit and cannot be returned, we recommend checking out our Growth Spurt Guarantee® for more details. If your child has a growth spurt within 30 days from receipt of confirmed delivery of your shoes you'll get 50% off the full retail price of the same style and color in the next size up. This policy applies to shoes that have already been worn, and because of that would not be accepted for refund under our return policy.
